We have developed a range of projects and programmes, some of which include:

  • Audit and surveys of equality practices (general and specific, eg race equality)
  • Conducting work area audits to facilitate the introduction of work-life balance practices
  • Co-ordinating internal and external promotion/campaign for Diversity and Dignity at Work
  • Developing and implementing anti-harassment and bullying strategies
  • One to one coaching of senior and board level clients, enabling them to lead and sponsor equality and diversity initiatives within their organisations
  • Pilot programmes to introduce and implement diversity strategies
  • The design, development of positive action initiatives aimed at developing target groups within organisations
  • Writing and production of in-house publications on issues such as managing diversity, cultural awareness, harassment and bullying, and recruitment and selection.
